In year 2002 only few solvent plants were functional at Odisha region, many of the plant were not able to sustain, our founder Mr. Mohan Lal Agrawal and Mr. Ravindra Kumar Agrawal who come from business & entrepreneurial background in bran trading saw opportunity for solvent extraction plant. With a zeal to manufacture healthier than healthy food product Bal Gopal was incorporated at Bargarh Odisha.
Upgraded to Refined Oil Production
With determination and team effort, we successfully ran the production and distribution of crude oil for two years.
With a vision to get in touch with the end costumers directly, we upgraded ourselves with a 50 TDP refinery plant to produce refined rice bran oil (Om gold & Nivadan)
Production Capacity Expansion - I
After the successful installation of the oil refinery, demand for crude oil increased significantly. To fulfill this we upgrade our solvent extraction plant from 100 TDP to 200 TDP.
Installation of Rice Mill Unit
To assure the quality of rice bran oil, We prefer personal supervision.
We upgraded ourselves with a rice processing unit, with this step we added broken rice to our product list & we also get the desired rice bran for quality oil production.
Production Capacity Expansion - II
Production capacity expansion of Solvent plant from 200 TPD to 250 TPD & Unit – 2 plant has been started with a capacity of 250 TPD making a total production of 500 TPD.
Production Capacity Expansion - III
After winning trust as a healthier edible food oil, demand for refined rice bran oil is increased. In the year 2020, we happily expand our refining capacity from 50TDP to 100TDP to reach out to more kitchens and provide a healthy lifestyle to more families.
